1. Return Period
- You can return your purchase within 15 to 20 days from the delivery date.
2. Eligibility for Return
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
• The product is defective, faulty, or damaged upon arrival.
• The product is not as described or not original.
• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories/manuals included.
3. Non-Eligible Returns
We are unable to accept returns if:
• The product was damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or accidents after delivery.
• The return is requested after 20 days from delivery.
• The product is missing original packaging or accessories.
4. Return Process

• Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos (if applicable).
• Once approved, we will provide instructions for the return.
5. Refund or Replacement
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will offer either a full refund or a replacement, depending on your preference.

- Return shipping costs may be covered by Trusted Eagle Security if the product is defective or not as described.
• For change-of-mind returns (if accepted), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
